Donald R. Grady, Jr. is an experienced trial attorney and litigator practicing before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Courts of the State of New York. He has represented injured parties in many areas of law, brain injury, construction site accidents, workplace accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, railroad injuries, and general negligence cases, and has obtained several multi-million dollar jury verdicts. With his teammates at Sheff Law, their clients’ recoveries regularly exceed $1,000,000.00 and they have settled many cases in excess of $10,000,000.00 (as reported in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly).
In addition to his thirty-five years of experience in personal injury matters, Attorney Grady has litigated cases involving contractual disputes, real estate matters, construction disputes, and other business law litigation. He has previously served on several Massachusetts Bar Association Councils, including the Civil Litigation Section and Judicial Administration. He has also served as a Governor for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has been named Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, and has received awards from multiple societies, including Lawyers of Distinction, Top 10 Litigators and other recognitions.
Attorney Grady has spoken extensively before various groups, including lawyers, law students, and business professionals. He has lectured on the topics of trial technique, trial practice, civil practice, and corporate liability.
Donald Grady is currently a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), and is involved in other legal groups dedicated towards the zealous representation of tort litigation.
