THERESA WALL
Attorney/Business Manager

Theresa Wall was born in Washington, DC and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut. She completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College and has been living in Massachusetts ever since. After a few years of sales experience she went on to earn her Law Degree at New England Law in Boston.

Her first area of practice was in real estate law. She spent over ten years with Fitzgerald Law Offices representing clients and lenders in numerous real estate transactions. Her passion for real estate and management skills allowed her to run a successful construction business “flipping” houses.

Theresa understands firsthand the importance of having top notch lawyers on your side having endured a wrongful death action following the tragic and sudden death of her father in a motor vehicle accident. She brings this sense of empathy to her varied work with many of our clients who sadly come to us at the very worst times of their lives. She is an important member of the Sheff Law team who contributes to the complete dedication and commitment of the entire firm in achieving justice for our clients.

Theresa made the switch to litigation when the opportunity to work on a high profile case came about. Given her background, she focused on the accounting aspect of the case. Theresa now handles all business matters and case disbursements/accounting at Sheff Law. She lives on Beacon Hill in Boston with her two teenagers, second husband and has a baby on the way.
