Chase Marshall is an experienced trial attorney and litigator whose practice focuses on representing clients who are seriously injured through the negligence of others. Attorney Marshall handles cases involving traumatic brain injury, catastrophic motor vehicle collisions, products liability, premises liability, construction site accidents, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Sheff Law, Attorney Marshall worked at a mid-sized civil litigation defense firm in Boston where he handled a wide range of cases. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, a major public utility company operating throughout Massachusetts, as well as numerous small businesses. Attorney Marshall also practiced at a criminal defense and immigration firm in Boston where he gained extensive courtroom experience as both a trial and appellate attorney.
Attorney Marshall combines his wide range of experience to provide diligent, creative, and compassionate representation to his clients. He is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal courts of Massachusetts, and Attorney Marshall was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2019.
Outside of the office, Attorney Marshall enjoys sailing, fly fishing, and traveling with his wife.
